Overview:

SITE ONE inspectors operate under GS Plastering and painting PTY LTD. ACN 612 801 653, an Australian company incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth.).
Section 1 – Definitions:

Account Details include the Site's property address, swimming pool or spa construction date per the Local Council, and the Property Owner’s full contact details like email and phone.

Accredited Inspector is a qualified Building Inspector or Building Surveyor registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) working as an independent contractor for SITE ONE Inspectors.

Compliance Inspection can be Initial or Subsequent, assessing Safety barrier compliance at the Site.

Fees are charges payable to SITE ONE Inspectors for Accredited Inspectors' Services.

Initial Compliance Inspection assesses the Safety Barrier against Legal Requirements, issuing a Compliance Certificate if compliant.

Inspection Services involve Accredited Inspectors conducting Compliance Inspections.

Local Council refers to the relevant Victorian council as per Legal Requirements.

Property Owners are individuals or companies owning a Site.

Relevant Legal Requirements are defined by the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018, and Building Regulations 2019.

Safety Barrier includes doors, windows, gates, walls, or fences restricting access to a pool/spa.

Site Visit is an onsite inspection by an Accredited Inspector.

Site is where a pool/spa is located, capable of holding over 300 mm of water.

Subsequent Compliance Inspection follows an Initial Compliance Inspection, addressing Safety Barrier compliance.

Section 2 – General:
SITE ONE Inspectors may modify these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at their discretion, effective upon publication on the Website. Users agree to abide by these terms by using SITE ONE Inspectors’ services or accessing their Website.
Section 3 – SITE ONE Inspectors Obligations:
STE ONE Inspectors will provide Inspection Services as per these terms, including Compliance Inspections and issuing Certificates of Compliance.
Section 4 – Property Owners Obligations:
Property Owners are responsible for updating Account Details, registering their pool/spa with the Local Council, providing necessary documents, ensuring Safety Barrier compliance, granting Site access, paying Fees, and indemnifying SITE ONE Inspectors and Accredited Inspectors.
Section 5 – Payment of Fees:
Fees are payable in Australian Dollars via Credit Card, Cash, or Electronic Funds Transfer, listed on the Website or as arranged.
Section 6 – Refund & Rebooking Policy:
Refunds are generally not provided, but credits may be considered for unforeseen circumstances.
Section 7 – Privacy Policy:
Personal information of customers must comply with Australian laws and SITE ONE Inspectors’ Privacy Policy.
Section 8 – Entire Agreement:
This agreement supersedes prior negotiations or agreements, and any changes require written consent from both parties.
Section 9 – Severance:
Invalid provisions may be adjusted or severed while leaving the agreement intact.
Section 10 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions:
Bayside Pool Safety Inspectors reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in their services or website information.
